There’s a bunch of lucky clucks on the North Shore now benefiting from the expansion of the instantly popular virtual ghost kitchen Lessing’s Hospitality Group first launched in October.

Lucky Clucker is now operating out of an undisclosed Stony Brook kitchen with delivery available through Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.

Their tagline is simple:

If it’s not clucking good, we’re not serving it.

“Our recipes are so secret, we won’t even tell you where we are,” reads a press announcement. “Just know, it’s clucking delicious.”

“We’ve been around for generations,” said Jennifer Cantin, director of marketing for Lessing’s. “Founded in 1890, we’ve learned to always think out- of- the box, to pivot and evolve in difficult times.”

“We know many of our customers will be dining at home and ordering,” Cantin added. “It’s the perfect time to expand our newest brand, our ghost kitchen, and invite them to taste the best clucking chicken around.”

The new ghost kitchen is open for third-party delivery only from noon to 10 p.m., Wednesday to Saturday, and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The kitchen is closed Monday and Tuesday.

Lucky Clucker first started delivering this fall out of Bay Shore.
